Kiedy Covid-19 uderzył w Polskę, Dellfina i Luka spontanicznie rozpoczęli serię podwójnych autoportretów. Regularne sesje fotograficzne stały się dla nich kreatywną formą autoterapii, rytuałem uzdrawiania, antidotum na strach spowodowany izolacją społeczną i niepewnością jutra. Tęskniąc za wolnością w czasach pełnych ograniczeń, artyści postanowili uciec w świat własnej wyobraźni.

*Projekt realizowany średnioformatowym aparatem Fuji GFX 50R z obiektywem 35 mm.

When Covid-19 hit Poland and the lock-down period started in March 2020 Dellfina and Luka spontaneously started a series of double self-portraits. It was for them a creative self-therapy and a healing ritual; an antidote to fear caused by social isolation and uncertainty of tomorrow. Artists longing for freedom in times full of restrictions, decided to escape into the world of their own imagination.

*Project realised with Fuji GFX 50R medium format camera with 35mm lens.

Awards: Top 10 Portraits Award, Lucie Foundation, Los Angeles, Scholarships: Ministry of Culture and National Heritage “Kultura w sieci”. The project was noticed by the editor and the curator of PhotoVogue Italia - Alessia Glaviano. Receiving many times the status: "best of" and "picture of the day."
